In a context of high volatility and extreme uncertainty, U.S. crude has declined by nearly $35 each barrel over the recent three months. Crude prices reached their lowest point since January as a result of another volatile week on the oil markets. A rapid 30% decline from this year's highs was driven by little trade and a hazy supply and demand situation.
